I may have mentioned that Mr D loves food... especially Sookie's food! When we put her bowl on the floor next to Darcy (where she prefers to eat) this happens:
Mr Darcy will then stick his head straight into her bowl at which point Sookie will run off, leaving him double portions of the stinky goodness. I therefore used to have to stand guard and act as referee at dinner time.
We have resolved this problem by putting Sookie's food on the kitchen table which is out of Mr Darcy's reach. This doesn't stop him from trying though! Excuse the dark grainy shot but this is what my husband sent me from his mobile the other day!
Mr Darcy, my beautiful little greedy guts!!! =^..^=

Luna - WE LOVE LUNA
Sookie must be totally frustrated! I know because Binga totally will steal my food if my human does not lock her up while I am eating. And if she is not locked up, she persists even if I hiss at her!
Hahahaha! (That was our mean mom, bursting into laughter at that last shot.)
WE understand the food fixation! :-D
LOL...this is so funny. I love that picture! Lucy steals everyone's stinky goodness around here. Nobody will stand up to her!
Hahaha! Oh Mr Darcy! You made Mummy laugh out loud! That grainy shot is just perfect.
ha ha ha! You could title the second photo: "WANT!"
Mr D you are like our Mr Jinx. He inhales food and will knock down anyone to get to it.
*too funny*

My kitty brothers and sister just pick at their food....I guess I do too.... Looks like you REALLY want that dish! Cute pics!
Tehe he Mr Darcy , you sure have a gready guts :)
too funny, I see this happen in my house often, the boys try to take the girls food. I tried to feed them on the counter, but Katie is old and is a good girl (doesn't go on counter tops) so I sometimes feed them in their own bedroom.
Gizmo used to try to steal my food too, but now I just gobble mine up so fast he doesn't have a chance
Oh my, yes, that is very frustrating...but keep reaching for the stars!
We nominated you for an award the Liebster award. Please stop by our blog to check it out, you definitely deserve it
So cute and funny! My doxie brother climbs on the desk to steal kitty sister's food
Dachshund Nola
LOL I love that last shot..
MOL!!!!!!!
Well, I guess Santa knows who's been naughty and who's been nice in THIS house!!
Mom is angry when I wana ake something from table...
Haha, what a cunning plan, Mr Darcy! Great pics.
Bahaha, this is so Halladay!
Ha ha - I love the final shot. If it makes you feel any better, having separate feeding nooks is no guarantee of separate eating! I end up standing guard and they STILL switch! It's a game.
In response to your query about Skootch's medicine: no, he has been on "special medicines" for a couple of years, and they have nothing to do with his latest mysterious illness. In future posts I'll elaborate on his treatments ......
